New Years Hitters Development Baseball Program

Prepare for the upcoming season and head into tryouts ready to compete! Our New Years Hitting Development Program combines expert coaching, HitTrax technology, and video analysis to refine mechanics, improve exit velocity, and develop a stronger approach at the plate. Build consistency, gain confidence, and take your hitting to the next level before the season begins.

Each player will receive an individualized progress report highlighting key metrics, such as exit velocity and average exit velocity, along with feedback on their current strengths and the specific areas they will focus on throughout the program. Player will receive a report following weeks 1, 5 & 10.

  • All players must wear appropriate athletic shoes and attire, such as shorts or baseball pants. Additionally, each player is required to bring their own water bottle, helmet and bat.

  • Each report is designed to give players and parents a clear picture of development throughout the program. Rather than simply recording numbers, our coaches use each assessment to identify strengths, establish areas of focus, and measure how those areas improve over time.

    Week 1 — Establish a Baseline
    Record initial metrics, identify strengths, and establish individual development priorities.

    Week 5 — Measure Progress
    Retest key metrics, evaluate progress in focus areas, and make adjustments for the second half of the program.

    Week 10 — Evaluate & Move Forward
    Complete a final assessment, highlight improvements, and provide clear areas for continued development beyond the program.
