Jake MacDonald

Meet Coach Jake MacDonald. Born and raised in White Rock, BC, Jake spent his youth playing in WRSSBA before making the jump the Coquitlam Reds BCPBL program. Jake spent his collegiate years playing at Douglas College and Texas A&M University - Texarkana.
Following graduation from A&M, he would go on to play 7 seasons of professional baseball internationally. His tenure overseas included seasons in Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic, Australia & France. While overseas, he worked for Baseball Jobs Overseas, an online platform that connects players to clubs internationally where he currently sits as a Board Member & Recruiter.
Kyle Stubbins

Meet Coach Kyle Stubbins. A Surrey, BC native, Kyle grew up playing in the Whalley Chiefs before going on to a collegiate career at Douglas College & UBC. Kyle served as an elite RHP, earning First-Team All-Conference honors at Douglas in the NWAC and reaching 96mph on the mound.
Kyle now serves a full-time pitching coach at ProVision, offering lessons & coaching programs. Kyle utilizes his calm mannered appraoch, his work ethic and data-informed methodology to improve players' velocity, mechanics, and mental performance. In addition to his role as a coach, Kyle manages ProVision’s administration duties
Jakob Iversen

Meet Coach Jakob “Ivy” Iversen. Born and raised in Cloverdale, BC, Jakob spent the entirety of his youth career in the Cloverdale Minor Baseball Organization. Jakob graduated from the Cloverdale Nationals club eventually leading him into his collegiate baseball career at Yuba College (CA).
Jakob spent his high school career and collegiate career as a true two-way player and now works with both hitters and pitchers and currently sits as the Head Coach for ProVision’s 12U Travel Ball team. Outside of PV, In 2025, Jakob was the Assistant Coach for the White Rock Tritons 15U PBL team & is now the Head Coach for the Cloverdale Rangers 15U AAA team.
Josh Fluet

Meet Coach Josh Fluet. Born and raised in White Rock, BC, Josh developed his baseball roots in the White Rock Tritons program of the BCPBL. After graduating from Elgin Park Secondary, he continued on to a collegiate career at Allen Community College & NCAA D1 Texas Southern University.
Following his collegiate tenure, Josh transitioned into coaching and player development. Josh is currently a Driveline‑certified pitching coach and serves as the Pitching Coach at Douglas College (NWAC) outside of ProVision. Josh brings expertise in mechanics, velocity development, and data‑driven performance.
Justin Thorsteinson

Meet Coach Justin Thorsteinson. Based in Richmond, BC, Justin is a former left-handed pitcher developed through the Langley Blaze and Canada’s Junior National Program, where he represented Team Canada for three years. He went on to compete at the NCAA Division I level with Oregon State and the University of Minnesota, reaching velocities up to 95 mph as a pitcher.
Now coaching at ProVision Athletics, Justin brings his high-level playing experience into a clear, athlete-first teaching approach. As a former two-way player, he works with athletes on both pitching and hitting fundamentals, emphasizing efficient mechanics, arm health, confidence, and the mental side of the game.
Justin is passionate about helping young players develop strong foundations, understand their individual strengths, and enjoy the process of getting better — whether they’re just starting out or preparing for the next level.
Olivia Malesku

Meet Coach Olivia Malesku. Born and raised in Delta, BC, Olivia developed her softball skills with Delta Fastpitch before going on to catch at UBC. After graduating in 2023, she founded Wheelhouse Softball Academy and joined the coaching team at ProVision, where she specializes in hitting and catching.
Olivia emphasizes both physical performance and mental development in her work. Drawing on her years as an athlete and recent collegiate experience, she guides players through technical skill-building while supporting their confidence and mental resilience—especially female athletes managing scholastic and sporting challenges .
Rawnie Weststrate

Meet Coach Rawnie Weststrate. Hailing from Delta, BC, Rawnie was a standout two‑sport athlete at Sands Secondary, excelling in softball and volleyball . She began her college career at Texas Tech, continued at Trinity Valley CC, and most recently played at Colorado Christian University as a pitcher.
Now coaching at ProVision and assisting at Langley Secondary’s Softball Academy, Rawnie brings strong pitching fundamentals and her competitive spirit to youth players. Her approach blends high-level collegiate experience with a focus on individual growth—she continues giving back to the community she grew up in.
Georgia Ogg
Softball Coach

Meet Coach Georgia Ogg. Born and raised in Surrey, BC, Georgia began her elite softball journey with the White Rock Renegades and went on to play as utility player, mainly catching, at Simon Fraser University. She earned a spot on Canada’s U19 national team as a freshman. Now with ProVision, Georgia
specializes in slap hitting and catching and offers private lessons in and out of the PV facility. Georgia not only brings the niche coaching ability of slap hitting, but she also utilizes her elite-level experience and nurturing coaching style to young athletes looking to improve their game.
Our indoor facility in Cloverdale is to be a high-performance indoor space where baseball & softball players can train to reach their goals.
