Each report is designed to give players and parents a clear picture of development throughout the program. Rather than simply recording numbers, our coaches use each assessment to identify strengths, establish areas of focus, and measure how those areas improve over time.
Week 1 — Establish a Baseline
Record initial metrics, identify strengths, and establish individual development priorities.Week 4 — Measure Progress
Retest key metrics, evaluate progress in focus areas, and make adjustments for the second half of the program.Week 7 — Evaluate & Move Forward
Complete a final assessment, highlight improvements, and provide clear areas for continued development beyond the program.
